Hi!! I'm Ashley Remington. I'm a lover of all things wellness. I have certifications in personal training, nutrition, yoga, Rock Steady Boxing (Parkinson's Fitness program), senior fitness, exercise therapy, group fitness, and biblical counseling.
My specialties are nutrition, fitness, seniors, and individuals battling Parkinson's Disease.
I'm the proud mom to 5 kids - 3 of my own and 2 bonus kids - and proud wife of a hard working and loving husband.
Outside of wellness, I love to read, spend time in nature and with my family, and write.
My journey to wellness started with an Autism diagnosis for my oldest son, and has grown into a new career for me. My passion for wellness all started in the Nutrition field. I don't believe in selling shakes, pills, potions, or lotions to help you achieve your goals. Everything we need to be well has been naturally provided to us from nature. What I hope to do is empower you to fall in love with a new way of living.

There is no one size fits all approach to healthy living, however, we all need these 5 avenues to experience true health in our minds and bodies. When all 5 of these areas are well balanced, it becomes simple to maintain our wellness journey.
As Eric Thomas says, "It's not easy, but it's simple."
I like to use all the areas of my expertise to help guide people to a healthier way of living. Some may identify better with strength training, some with yoga, and some may want a more gentle beginner level exercise program. No matter what you enjoy when it comes to fitness, I have a program that can benefit you.
In 2018, I stumbled into the Parkinson's Disease world, and it forever changed my life. I've been coaching Rock Steady Boxing for the last 2 years, and I love watching these individuals show up and work hard to have their best quality of life. Rarely do any of them talk to me about calories, or getting a 6 pack. They all want the best quality of life they can have, and that's what I'm all about.
I want to support and encourage you to be your best self. Whatever avenue of health you choose to start with, I'm here to assist you. I will give you the tools that will improve your health, but you do have to do the work. You will have to be committed to this path. How committed are you to your goals?
