Rock Steady Boxing Class

Rock Steady Boxing classes are all virtually ran right now through PD Well.  Head to for info! Class times are currently Tuesday's at 5 pm, and Thursday's at 2 pm. 

PD Bootcamp

PD Bootcamp is being ran virtually right now.  In time we will return to our original location at Lifestyle Fitness at 800 N Front St Waterloo, NE .  Classes are held Saturday mornings at 9 am.  This class is ran by PD Well - please head to for more info! 

Personal Fitness Training

Personal Fitness Training can be done virtually or in person in your own home or in your drive way. Virtually, sessions can be done from anywhere in the US and is available for all ages and levels.  No equipment is needed and I can assist in setting up an online platform for your training needs. (With in home personal training there may be a small travel fee depending on your location.)

12 Week Transformation Plan

Includes Personal Training 3x a week at 60 minute sessions, 6 nutrition coaching sessions, averaging 60-90 minute sessions, scheduled every other week through the program. Free membership to the Wellness Coaching Community - a private inner circle for daily inspiration, motivation, tips & tricks, recipes, accountability and support. Paying separately for Personal Training and Nutrition for 12 weeks each would cost over $1300!  Combining the 2 together for this 12 Week Transformation Plan saves you over $300!

21 Day Detox

Some signals you may need a cleanse:
allergies, digestive problems, fatigue, acne or other skin issues, bad breath, bad circulation, headaches, bloating, crankiness, and weight gain.

The cost to join the cleanse is $27. We will meet in a private fb group to discuss the details of the detox and go over any questions you have!

We do this as a group and the group kicks off on May 18th thru June 7th.

The group is all done online (via a facebook group) and you will have daily motivation and a whole group to hold you accountable for the 21 days. You will get a meal plan, recipe ideas and some tips and tricks to make the 21 days as smooth as possible.

Strong Like Mom

45 minutes: Varies

Strong Like Mom is an interactive strength and fitness class for parents and children to do together! This is an ideal class for children ages 5-12. Adults of all ages are welcome!

Both moms (or dads!) and kiddos will get a great workout while enjoying time together!

This class is designed for all fitness levels and can be done as a group, or one-on-one.

We will play fun energetic music, play games to keep the little ones entertained and engaged, run, jump, squat, plank, lift weights and so much more!

Strong like Mom is a fun, non-competitive, and supportive environment to help families build health and strength together.

Session #1 is June 10th thru July 1st - cost is $15 per class or $45 Monthly for 1 child and 1 parent or $25 per class for a family/$75 Monthly. Each class will be Wednesdays at 10:30 am til 11:15 am at Simply Strong.

Session #2 is July 8th thru July 29th.

If the group time/day doesn't work for you, this class can be done privately for just your family! Privates can be done at Simply Strong, your home/drive way, a park, or online via zoom! Personal Training rates apply for private classes.

Yoga @ Simply Strong

Coach Molly explains what Yoga is like at Simply Strong, "Yoga is an extension of body weight training.  Yoga involves strength,  balance, mental focus, technique, stretching and mindful breathing.  Simply Strong Flow classes are challenging, light-hearted and fun.  It's a balance of effort and relaxation that will leave your mind and body feeling refreshed and ready to tackle life's challenges.  To be a well-rounded, healthy individual we need stress release and stretching (Yin) just as much as we need movement and exercise (Yang)."

Nutrition Coaching

90 minutes: varies

With my nutrition programs, we will take a step by step approach to transforming your eating habits. Regardless, if you are a beginner in this process or are simply seeking guidance and accountability, I am here to support you.  This is not a short term diet that you will follow, but you will learn life long eating habits to sustain your health living journey. 

I focus more on the quality of your food verses the calories in your food.   I like to look at the body as a car, and I want to motivate you to put the best quality and cleanest fuel in your body in order to feel and do your best.  We would never dream of putting a poor quality gasoline in our high performance cars, and expect them to run efficiently.  I feel the same away about your body.  We can't put poor quality fuel in and expect to feel or perform their best.   Our bodies were designed to eat foods that have very little processing, and that are high in nutritional value.

Individual Sessions $60
Each individual session is 90 minutes long.  All plans can be done virtually or in person. 
6 week Plan- $225
Get 3 individual in person sessions, 3 individual weekly coaching calls, daily food log accountability, and a weekly resources/tips & tricks/recipes/motivation email.  During these in depth plans, we will have contact with each other weekly for continued support and motivation. 
12 week - $400 
Same as above but with 6 individual sessions and 6 weekly coaching calls.
6 months - $825
Same as above but with 12 individual sessions and 12 weekly coaching calls.
