"Ashley is a very supportive and encouraging coach.  She has well organized plans that push me to excel.  I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2011 and thought that I could only go downhill at that point in my life.   In August of 2018, I started the Rock Steady boot camp that she coaches and started seeing  benefits of specialized training.  I weighted around 250 lbs and am currently 178 lbs with changes to my diet, advice from Ashley and rigorous exercise.  My Parkinson's has not progressed but has improved and I am doing things I didn't think I would do again.  Thanks for giving me confidence Ashley!"
